Over the years, we have become good at development and innovation. We want to share this knowledge with our customers. We do this by increasing innovation capacity, streamlining the research and development process and thus increasing the value of your products and services for your customers and thus gaining market share. We do this by mapping the past, present and future of your company.
- Past tense – improve by abandoning products/ways of working/services/business models that are no longer relevant – it worked yesterday – but not today
- Present – improving by optimizing current operations – what works well? Can it be done better?
- Future – improving to enable innovation – new models needed – what are your current and future customers?
The process that many companies miss
The construction process is fragmented and is often seen by others as undeveloped and not prone to innovation. We disagree. We have the ability to solve problems and see opportunities – often in existing projects. We learn quickly from others and apply this to our industry. What we often lack is a process to take our experiences and implement them in future projects. Often there is no structure for how to develop and innovate. We help you to be more successful.
- We help you ensure you have the right business models, products, services and offers – supported by good systems and processes.
- We help you drive growth by developing innovative and market-driven business models and offerings. This includes helping you develop frameworks, identify opportunities and develop and implement the innovation process.
- We help you identify the right strategies for your offerings based on your business and define roadmaps.
- We help you improve productivity, efficiency and optimize the R&D and Innovation process. This means that you will have a more efficient management of your offers
We have adopted this innovation methodology in our own process and are further developing condition assessment using machine learning, e.g. detection and automatic evaluation of cracks in concrete using drones. This work will then become an important part of our business process and to achieve the most accurate and cost-effective overall assessment of the projects we work with.
