Previous reports indicated problems in the grouting of the post-tensioned cables, with suspicions of incomplete filling in some casings. The purpose of the assignment was to conduct a special inspection to locate cables, assess the status of the grout and identify any voids and risks of corrosion.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"gb-block-image gb-block-image-9cb32a8a\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" class=\"gb-image gb-image-9cb32a8a\" src=\"https:\/\/www.invator.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Tomrum-och-rost-i-foderor_Invator.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Tomrum-och-rost-i-fodero\u0308r_Invator\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.invator.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Tomrum-och-rost-i-foderor_Invator.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.invator.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Tomrum-och-rost-i-foderor_Invator-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.invator.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Tomrum-och-rost-i-foderor_Invator-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.invator.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Tomrum-och-rost-i-foderor_Invator-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/>\n<figcaption class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-91258e4f gb-headline-text\"><em>The examination revealed that one casing was completely empty and had corrosion on the tensioning wires.<\/em><\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Results<\/strong><br\/>The survey covered 12 predefined positions. The results showed that one channel (L9, liner 4) was completely empty and had corrosion on the tensioning wires. Otherwise, only minor voids and local separations of the grout were noted. A number of casings had traces of diesel in the grout, probably from wintertime additives during the construction phase.
